Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to sustainability, all purchases are final, and we do not accept returns. We kindly encourage you to review your selection carefully before completing your order.
If, however, there is an issue with your order—such as a damaged or incorrect item—please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or credit toward a future purchase where appropriate.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
